Student Technical Support

You can request assistance by:

To reset your password, please use the MyCOD Portal Password Reset

Note: Assistance with WebAdvisor navigation, user ID, and resetting passwords is available in the Counseling Center.

Student Login

You have one account for the MyCOD Portal which allows you to access WebAdvisor, Canvas, Student Email and more.

The first time you log into the portal:

  • User Name: Your WebAdvisor User Name (Verify user name.)

  • Initial Password: Cod+(date of birth in mmddyy format).
    Example, if date of birth is May 14, 1967, your initial password is Cod051467

When you log in for the first time you will be required to answer security questions that will allow you to manage your account in the future. Make sure to answer all questions.

Hint: Make sure you log into the MyCOD Portal and not WebAdvisor directly.
Once you log into the portal, you will have options to view WebAdvisor, Canvas and your other accounts without needing to login additional times.
